Nemak seeks an Energy & Projects Leader (MEX) to monitor and advance the plant's energy efficiency and ISO 50001 compliance, overseeing energy data, audits, and cost-effective projects across units.

This role drives roadmaps, targets, emissions reduction, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable improvements and carbon footprint reduction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; minimum of 5 years in projects/energy management.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Energy Roadmap for Mexico aligning with sustainability targets.
• Lead emission/pollution reduction targets and net zero initiatives.
• Develop and implement energy strategies to minimize carbon emissions and optimize energy use.
• Ensure ISO 50001 energy management system certification and compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare reports and budgets for energy projects.
