Emerson is seeking an experienced EHS Manager for our manufacturing operations in Mexico. The role focuses on leading safety, hygiene, and environmental initiatives, training plant personnel and stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance across local and corporate standards.

Responsibilities include risk reduction actions, incident investigations, High Risk Permit review, emergency planning, audits, and KPI management to support continuous safety improvements at the site.

Formación

• Advanced English required.
• Proficient with Office and EHS platforms.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and implement actions to reduce risks to personnel and the environment from plant processes.
• Ensure EHS training for plant personnel and stakeholders.
• Investigate the causes of accidents and establish corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with local and corporate safety, hygiene and environmental regulations.
• Review and authorize High Risk Work Permits.
• Coordinate and implement the Emergency Response Plan and corporate security guidelines.
• Report EHS status and incidents to Emerson Corporate.
• Monitor compliance with EMERSON and CTPAT requirements.
• Coordinate safety and environmental audits across the company.
• Maintain and update Local and Corporate EHS Procedures and formats.
