OmniOn Power Inc. is seeking an Environmental, Health, Safety, Sustainability and Facilities Manager to lead EHS compliance and facilities operations at the Matamoros plant.

You will drive a culture of proactive safety, manage sustainability initiatives, and oversee budgeting, space planning, and capital projects. Based on site in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, the role requires strong knowledge of ISO standards and ESG reporting frameworks, with the aim to advance environmental performance and safe

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, environmental engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in safety compliance and sustainability management.
• Minimum of 5 years in facilities management.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
• Develop and implement EHS programs to ensure legal compliance.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and implement corrective actions.
• Lead Mexico sustainability vision, targets and strategies aligned with ESG goals.
• Manage EHSS and Facilities budgets and capital projects.
