Empresa Confidencial in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking an experienced EHS leader to develop and oversee the plant's environmental, health, and safety programs.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage risk, and drive ISO 14001/45001 initiatives, while training teams and promoting a strong safety culture across operations.

This role requires 7+ years in EHS within manufacturing, advanced English, and a proven track record in incident investigation and program performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 7+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican EHS regulations and risk management.
• Experience with ISO management systems is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the plant's EHS programs emphasizing injury prevention and operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with environmental, health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Identify workplace hazards through risk evaluations and implement preventive/corrective measures.
• Oversee emergency preparedness, safety brigades, and contractor safety practices.
• Track and analyze EHS performance indicators, incident reports, and compliance results.
• Drive sustainability programs including waste reduction and emissions control initiatives.
• Foster a strong safety-first culture through training and awareness campaigns.
