Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in after-sales service or field service.
• Experience in energy storage industry with BESS or related equipment.
• Understanding of electrical systems, power electronics, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Spanish proficiency preferred; English proficiency advantageous.
• Ability to travel within Mexico for on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales technical support for energy storage systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hardware, and system-level issues to ensure reliable equipment operation.
• Perform on-site inspections, equipment commissioning, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting when required.
• Respond to customer technical inquiries and provide timely solutions to technical issues.
• Work closely with internal engineering, sales, and service teams to resolve technical problems and improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist with product installation guidance, technical training, and maintenance recommendations.
• Prepare technical service reports and document troubleshooting processes and solutions.
• Travel to customer sites across Mexico when necessary.
