Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Experience with proposal development and customer specification interpretation.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Intermediate English communication skills (oral and written).
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Create and complete bids, estimates, and quotations based on customer specs and budget.
• Maintain and balance interactions between ABB units and customers in the area of responsibility.
• Formulate competitive bids with appropriate product mix and cost considerations.
• Ensure timely, detailed proposals with full and accurate costs.
• Collaborate with sales teams and engage with customers as required.
• Provide inputs for editing activities on time according to established quality procedures.
