Dematic is seeking a motivated Endpoint Management Specialist to manage and support endpoint management solutions across enterprise environments. You will handle Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM, software packaging and deployment, and automation via PowerShell.

You will collaborate with teams and customers to understand requirements, document solutions, and participate in continuous improvement projects to optimise intranet and distribution workflows.

Formación

• Experience with enterprise endpoint management environments.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Intune.

• Experience with software packaging and deployment processes.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and troubleshoot software deployment issues across Windows endpoints.
• Create and optimize PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Support endpoint compliance, configuration management and policy deployment.
• Analyze incidents related to endpoint management and distribution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Document processes and keep technical solutions up to date.
• Participate in continuous improvement and technology adoption projects.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) environments.
• Manage software packaging, deployment, and lifecycle processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot software deployment issues across Windows endpoints.
• Create, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
• Support endpoint compliance, configuration management, and policy deployment.
• Analyze incidents and problems related to endpoint management and software distribution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technology adoption projects.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise endpoint management solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
• Experience with software packaging and software deployment processes.
• Understand and create policies according Microsoft Windows PowerShell scripting skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts and solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AVD
• Knowledge of Windows Autopilot
• Experience with endpoint security and compliance management
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes
• Experience working in an international environment
