Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Engineer I, Endpoint in Mexico City to hands-on manage Microsoft Intune engineering, endpoint security operations, and deployment of applications. You will patch, configure, monitor health, and automate recurring tasks within approved security guardrails.

You will maintain Intune enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and respond to escalations from Service Desk and Deskside teams, while documenting solutions and improving deployment reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support with hands-on Intune engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent.
• Experience with packaging, deployment, OS patching, and config profiles.
• Strong Windows knowledge and macOS management.
• Proven ability to document solutions and automate tasks.
• Familiarity with Agile and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Package, test, deploy, maintain, and retire endpoint applications.
• Manage patching across Windows and macOS endpoints; monitor health.
• Maintain Intune enrollment, config profiles, compliance policies, and encryption.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint and security issues escalated by Service Desk.
• Document solutions and create PowerShell scripts to automate work within guardrails.
