Responsabilidades

• Researches, designs, and develops operational support services for business applications.
• Collaborates as part of IT teams and may lead a small team of support engineers.
• Analyzes requirements, configures software, implements infrastructure, and maintains systems.
• Acts as incident life cycle coordinator or service delivery lead for complex issues.
