Jobtailor is seeking a skilled IT infrastructure and applications specialist to design and deploy enterprise services. You will lead small teams, coordinate incident lifecycles, and drive critical improvements across business systems.

The role emphasizes strong collaboration, problem solving, and delivering reliable IT solutions. Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in IT service support, ITIL familiarity, and hands-on experience with Azure, AD, and scripting.

Formación

• Four-year or graduate degree in information systems, CS, or related discipline or commensurate experience.
• Typically 4–7 years of work experience in project mgmt, IT production support, or related field.
• ITIL certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Research, design, and develop operational support services for business applications and information systems.
• Deploy end-user or enterprise infrastructure, applications, or services of moderate complexity.
• Identify, develop, and prioritize support services based on business criticality.
• Collaborate within IT teams and lead small teams of support engineers when required.
• Analyze requirements, configure third-party software, implement infrastructure, document, test, and maintain systems.
• Manage and administer moderately to highly complex infrastructure or software platforms.
• Coordinate incident life cycles or lead service delivery to resolve complex issues.
• Identify escalations, communicate to management, and lead escalations through L4.
• Solve difficult problems and manage projects independently.
• Lead moderate to high complexity projects, deliver reports, and support operational and strategic plans.

• Analyze business requirements, configure third-party software, implement infrastructure solutions, create documentation, conduct testing, and maintain applications and infrastructure
• Manage and administer moderately to highly complex infrastructure or software platforms and user groups
• Coordinate incident life cycles or lead service delivery to resolve complex issues
• Identify potential escalations, communicate them to management, and lead escalations through L4
• Solve difficult and complex problems and manage projects independently
• Lead moderate to high complexity projects, deliver professionally written reports, and support operational and strategic plans

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in project management, production support of information technology (IT) services, or a related field
• Advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience may qualify
• ITIL Certifications preferred
