Maersk is seeking a Customer Service Agent to own the end-to-end customer experience, coordinating with customers, internal teams, and 3PLs to ensure smooth shipments. You will focus on voice of the customer, data quality, and process efficiency while driving service delivery excellence.

Requires at least 2 years in logistics or related fields, English proficiency, and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Formación

Minimum 2 years in operations or customer services roles in international transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding.
Reefer or DG cargo handling experience is desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in international commerce, administration, economy, engineering or related areas.
Proficient in English at an intermediate high level, both in written and spoken communication (70-90%).
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Deliver a best-in-class Customer Service experience.
Act as the first point of contact for customer needs.
Coordinate shipment operations with stakeholders to ensure on-time departure/arrival.
Monitor origin/destination performance and data quality.
Follow up on escalations, and carrier issues; manage claims and resolutions.
Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
