Job summary

Thales is seeking an OM & Demand Coordinator to align customer and regional requirements with capacity, materials, and production execution. This role owns demand consolidation and regional allocation for NORAM and LATAM, coordinating cross-functional activities to protect on-time delivery and lead times.

As End-to-End Owner of the Metal Cards flow, you will manage orders, inventory, invoicing, and logistics with internal teams and external partners, driving priorities and issue resolution

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Engineering or Business Administration degree.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage order and demand planning for NORAM and LATAM.
• Coordinate capacity analysis and regional allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee the Metal Cards flow including inventory and invoicing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across planning, materials, production and logistics.
