Job summary

Thales in Mexico City seeks an OM & Demand Coordinator to align customer requirements with plant capacity, materials, NPI readiness and production execution. You will drive regional demand consolidation for NORAM and LATAM and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure reliable delivery commitments.

As End-to-End owner of the Metal Cards flow, you will manage transactions, inventory, invoicing and logistics with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Business Administration degree.
• 3+ years in Supply Chain, Order Management or related roles.
• Cross-functional and regional coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Order Management with capacity, ETA and transfer planning.
• Prepare monthly production plan and consolidate the forecast.
• Own End-to-End Metal Card flow, inventory and invoicing tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
