Thales Group in Mexico City is seeking an OM & Demand Coordinator to align customer requirements with plant capacity and NPI readiness, consolidating demand and regional allocation for NORAM and LATAM to ensure reliable delivery.

You will own the End-to-End Metal Cards flow, coordinating inventory, invoicing, and logistics with CompoSecure and internal stakeholders, driving timely execution.

Qualifications

• Formal Education: Engineering or Business Administration.
• Languages: Fluent English.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Demand Planning, or related manufacturing functions (min 3 years).
• Knowledge of Demand & Capacity Planning; MRP; KPI management.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Order Management: transfer plan, material ETA, sample validation, and on-time production execution.
• Lead monthly Demand Planning: consolidate forecast, capacity analysis, and regional allocation for NORAM & LATAM.
• Own Metal Cards flow: manage orders, inventory, invoicing, and shipments with internal teams and suppliers.
