Job summary

TK Recruitment is seeking a Client Coordinator in Mexico City to be the primary contact for clients, offering empathetic support and personalized assistance throughout the surrogacy journey. You will guide clients through each step and coordinate travel, accommodations, and essential preparations to ensure a smooth arrival in Mexico.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or call-center operations.
Advanced or bilingual proficiency in English.
Excellent communication with a compassionate approach.
Ability to handle emergency or high-pressure situations calmly.

Responsibilities

Be the main point of contact for clients, providing empathetic support and personalized assistance.
Explain each step of the surrogacy process and guide clients through Mexico details.
Assist with hotel bookings, transfers, and all necessary preparations for arrival in Mexico.
Maintain clear and effective communication and address client questions, including consultations on legal aspects.
Ensure payments are made on time and client satisfaction is maintained.
