Job summary

HH Global Group in Mexico City is seeking an Account Assistant to support the Client Engagement team in executing projects, generating door lists, handling change requests, and entering data to generate POs and invoices. You will act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, agencies, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication, track milestones, and maintain accurate, timely project records.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer support or project coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate English (desirable).
• Basic Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to adapt to new technologies and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collect project requirements and manage production timelines with suppliers and warehouse.
• Generate door lists for production managers to build RFPs.
• Enter and maintain project data in the procurement system, including purchase orders, and invoices.
• Liaise between clients, internal teams, agencies, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication.
• Track project progress by obtaining updates from vendors and reporting milestones.
• Ensure activities comply with SLAs, contractual terms, and company policies.
• Process client invoices according to standard procedures.
• Report to team lead for assignment updates and prioritization.
