Johnson Controls, Inc. offers a two-year Supply Chain and Operations Rotational program for recent graduates.

You will rotate through Supplier Planning, Production Scheduling, Materials Requirement Planning, Procurement, Lean/Continuous Improvement, Quality, and Logistics, gaining exposure to various operations functions and building business acumen. You will engage in data collection, analysis, supplier evaluation, scheduling optimization, KPI monitoring, and inventory control.

Formación

• Relevant internship experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Procurement, Logistics or Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills and decision‑making abilities.
• Robust communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Dive into dynamic data collection and insightful analysis.
• Assist in supplier selection and evaluation.
• Excel in Production Scheduling, Materials Requirement Planning, and Supplier Coordination.
• Oversee daily production support, optimizing capacity and cycle times.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and projects.
• Monitor and report on KPIs.
• Maintain reports ensuring material availability for the manufacturing floor.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste.
• Learn the JCMS maturity model and support plants to improve levels.
