Job summary

Johnson Controls invites recent graduates to join its two-year Supply Chain and Operations Rotational program. Associates undertake four 6-month assignments across manufacturing, planning, procurement, and logistics, with relocation every six months to different sites in Johnson Controls’ operations network.

Graduates will develop production scheduling, materials planning, supplier coordination, KPI tracking, and lean initiatives while benefiting from mentoring, a learning platform, and exposure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Procurement, Logistics or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supplier selection and evaluation.
• Oversee daily production support, scheduling analysis, and capacity management.
• Monitor KPIs and participate in Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure material availability for manufacturing.
