Baker Hughes seeks an experienced leader to drive operational excellence for integrated projects in Mexico. The role emphasizes PMP governance, QHSE policy reinforcement, and cross-functional coordination to deliver safe, high-quality results.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in oil and gas, strong leadership, and the ability to operate within a global matrix. The position involves collaboration with service lines, contracts, and HR to enable successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Field Service operations and well construction/Completion.
• Promotes a culture of performance across multiple Product Lines, functions, and external parties.
• Has good understanding of the entire well construction process and operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute integrated projects, ensuring quality, safety and operational performance.
• Apply PMP methodologies across all phases of integrated projects and drive governance.
• Manage and control project budgets, costs, and financial objectives.
• Coordinate with Contracts Manager, Product Lines, 3PVs, QHSE and HR on staffing and staffing development.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and risk mitigation for customer evaluation processes and internal operations.
