• 3+ years of professional software development, backend focus.
• Strong experience with Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
• Experience with OTP, distributed systems, and functional programming.
• Proven API design for RESTful or GraphQL services and PostgreSQL (Ecto).
• Excellent communication in a collaborative, agile team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements.
• Own features from conception to release with clean code and specs.
• Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and fault tolerance; stay current with Elixir trends.
