Bluelightconsulting is seeking a backend developer specializing in Elixir and the Phoenix framework to design, build, and optimize scalable APIs. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into robust services.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
• Experience with OTP, concurrent & distributed systems.
• Designing RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL) and PostgreSQL (Ecto).
• Strong product sense and ability to build reliable systems.
• Excellent communication in a collaborative, agile team.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain high-performance backend systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Own features from conception to release, with clear specs.
• Write unit/integration tests; participate in code reviews.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve performance, scalability.
• Stay current with Elixir ecosystem; apply best practices.
