Job summary

Aptiv is seeking an Executive Search & Talent Advisory Program Coordinator to support the team by managing executive-level interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer administration, and recruiting operations. This role partners with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and legal to ensure a seamless, confidential experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting coordination, executive recruiting support, HR operations, or related experience.
• Experience scheduling complex interviews and managing multiple stakeholders across global time zones.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, or talent management tools (Thrive experience preferred).
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule executive-level interviews across multiple time zones, managing calendars and logistics.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-touch and positive candidate experience.
• Prepare, review, and distribute offer documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain candidate records and activity within Thrive, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Track candidate progress and provide status updates and reporting to recruiters and leadership teams.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support executive search processes, operational excellence, and continuous process improvements.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance throughout all stages of the executive recruitment process.
• Support onboarding coordination and contribute to optimizing recruiting tools, workflows, and processes.
