Aptiv in Monterrey leads global talent sourcing and acquisition across Americas. The TA Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong relationships with hiring managers, source top candidates, and drive a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in recruitment, bilingual English/Spanish, and familiarity with ATS. Experience recruiting in the USA is a plus, with strong sourcing and interview skills and a focus on

Join us in Monterrey, a key location in Aptiv's Global environment! As Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, you will play a central role within Aptiv’s hiring across the Americas. Having a passion for acquiring top talent, you will gain end to end exposure to recruitment activities in a fast-paced dynamic environment across multiple business units including; Software Engineering, Robotics & Autonomous vehicles. Acting as a Talent Hub to our business units, you will receive well-rounded exposure to multiple areas of recruiting, including: advisory, sourcing, talent attraction, talent intelligence, employer branding and internal mobility.

Your Role:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and wider Business stakeholders across Aptiv
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and fit the organizational culture
• Conduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers based on thorough evaluations
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-informed decisions
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process

YOUR BACKGROUND

• 4+ years recruitment experience ideally within a technical recruitment environment.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.
• Experience recruiting in USA is an advantage.
• Knowledge of how to maneuver within an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Research skills with the ability to navigate complexity and drive simplicity.
• Detail oriented combined with a passion for doing the right thing the right way.
• A learning enthusiast, following trends and publications in the market outlining new ways to differentiate.
