The role reports to the Production Manager and emphasizes safety, cost control, and continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree and people leadership experience are required, with knowledge of Excel and production control systems.

If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Associate** **Production Supervisor** located in **Aguascalientes, Mexico.**Reporting to the Production Manager the **Associate Production Supervisor** role involves the manage a production line, making the correct use of human resources, materials, machinery and time for the correct execution of production plans. Compliance with shipments and continuous improvement ideas in the area.**What a typical day looks like:*** Leads the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and responsible for the lines success.* Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies and quality.* Lead a team of individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.* Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems and advise on their resolution. Guide regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability.* Solicits and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and collaborates with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.* Provides technical and operational advice to project teams.* May act as principal interface between the operation team and the maintenance function.* Engage in training and coaching of junior operators.* Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements.* Initiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects.* Assist in department budget planning and management of department expenses.* Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing individuals on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.* Ensures compliance to manufacturing standards.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Bachelor’s degree.* Experience as leader.* Personnel management.* Knowledge of Excel (basic)* Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.* Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability).* Knowledge in specifications and standards related to electronics* Knowledge of Lean tools (basic)* Experience in BAAN system (or SAP).* Schedule availability**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary.* Life & Medical insurance.* Christmas Bonus.* Food Coupons.* Saving Fund.
