Henkel Adhesive Technologies is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to develop and execute strategies for the Automotive Components business in Korea and Japan, while supporting global market segments. The role enhances brand visibility, manages regional campaigns and events, and collaborates with regional and global stakeholders to drive business objectives.

The successful candidate will collaborate with regional sales and leadership, measure ROI on events, and manage local budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B marketing management, ideally in Automotive with Electronics/E-Mobility focus.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Can-do attitude and ability to work independently in a global, multicultural team.
• Fluent English and Korean; business-level Japanese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing communications strategy for Korea and Japan.
• Support marketing communications for global market segments Automotive Electronics & E-Mobility.
• Position Henkel as a thought leader in key automotive media and events.
• Ensure presence at trade shows and events and track leads.
• Collaborate with regional sales, leadership, and Global Strategy Manager.
• Support internal communications for Korea (e.g., Townhall).
• Measure and report ROI of events and campaigns.
• Manage local marketing budgets.
