Advanced Energy Management Limited in Mexicali, Mexico, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day operations in a fast-paced lab and production environment. You will plan, schedule, allocate resources, and lead cross functional teams to meet goals through coaching and continuous improvement.

Requirements include 3–5 years in high mix/high volume manufacturing, a degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Eng, and ability to read and write in English.
