Mam de la Frontera, S.A. de C.V. in Tecate, Baja California, seeks a Production Team Leader to monitor plans, ensure training, and drive performance in electronics manufacturing.

The role requires 2-4 years leadership experience, a/n engineering degree, fluent English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. You will coach staff, optimize equipment use, and coordinate daily material and labor needs in a maquiladora environment.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience as a production team leader, manager, coordinator, or junior supervisor.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (completed, in progress, or incomplete).
• Experience in electronics industry including assembly, manufacturing, and electronics contract manufacturing.
• Strong command of conversational English (advanced level).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor production plans and schedules to meet quality objectives and deadlines.
• Ensure department personnel have Training Matrix training.
• Motivate and coach employees to maintain satisfaction, productivity, and quality.
• Assess machinery and equipment resources to minimize downtime.
• Determine daily requirements for materials, equipment, and labor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
