The candidate will lead architecture discussions, promote best practices, and influence engineering decisions across the Capital One tech community while recruiting and developing talent.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Intermediate-Advanced English fluency.
• Experience with React-based frameworks.
• At least 5 years of cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• At least 7 years in open source frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage sound judgment to tackle mission-critical problems and connect to broader implications.
• Build awareness and drive adoption of modern technologies and architecture patterns.
• Balance lending expertise with inclusive collaboration and mentoring.
• Promote engineering excellence and reuse of solutions where possible.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels and influence decisions.
• Act as trusted advisor for a technology domain and shape use cases.
• Mentor internal talent and assist in recruiting to bolster tech talent.
• Contribute to design and migration of new service layers and integration patterns.
