Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for our Tijuana facility. You will lead maintenance efforts for machinery in assigned areas, focusing on electro-mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC-based control.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, TPM/PM execution, and collaboration with cell leaders and quality teams. The position requires theoretical knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, and experience in interpreting

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent job training required.
• 1–3 years of experience in related field.
• Experience with CNC programming is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain production equipment including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
• Perform preventive and planned maintenance and TPM/PM activities.
• Repair and diagnose electrical systems and PLCs; read diagrams and circuits.
• Collaborate with cell leaders, quality, and production control for area needs.
• Follow up on TPM/PM of the assigned area.
