Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in automation engineering.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with PLCs: Allen-Bradley, Omron, Keyence, Siemens.
- Experience with robots, cobots, vision systems, HMIs, and VFDs.
- Knowledge of sensors, motors, and servomotors.
- Proficient in AutoCAD for electrical drawings and schematics.
- Experience managing automation projects from concept to implementation.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and implement automation projects to improve manufacturing processes.
- Provide PLC/HMI technical support and troubleshooting.
- Perform sustaining engineering and fix production equipment issues.
- Support assembly, installation, integration, and commissioning of systems.
- Design fixtures and automation solutions for operations.
- Manage materials/equipment procurement for automation projects.
- Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement.
- Drive 5S and process standardization.
- Ensure deliverables, timelines, and performance targets are met.
