Eaton in Tijuana is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to maintain production equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and building facilities. You will perform preventive and planned maintenance, and coordinate with the cell leader, quality, and production control to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate should have a technical degree or related training, 1–3 years of experience, CNC basics, and knowledge of PLCs and electrical diagrams.

Formación

• Technical degree or vocational training in electromechanical maintenance.
• 1–3 years of experience in maintenance roles.
• CNC basic programming knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on TPM/PM for the assigned area.
• Collaborate with the cell leader, quality, and production control.
• Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems; maintain production equipment.
• Understand PLCs and electrical diagrams to support maintenance tasks.
