Job summary

Versigent is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities at our site in Mexico. The role focuses on administering resources, performing corrective maintenance, and developing subordinates to maintain efficient plant operations.

The candidate will ensure inventory control, comply with EOS audits, and uphold a safe working environment while contributing to the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems integration.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or related field.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of plant systems and safety.

Responsibilities

• Administration of human resources, materials & equipment.
• Corrective maintenance of plant systems.
• Development of subordinates.
• Maintain optimal inventories of spare parts.
• Compliance with internal EOS audits.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff under supervision.
• Support ISO 45001 Health & Safety implementation.
