Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Maintenance Engineers and technicians performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Develop maintenance schedules, work orders, and assignments, ensuring timely execution of maintenance activities.
• Diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Coordinate equipment installation and maintenance projects while ensuring safety and compliance.
