Turner & Townsend in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects, interfacing with clients, consultants and vendors. You will drive schedules, budgets and risk management to ensure successful outcomes for real estate and infrastructure clients.

The role requires 8–12 years of PM experience, chartered engineering or architecture qualifications, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• 8–12 years of professional project management experience.
• Engineering or architectural degree with chartered status.
• Fluent in English and Spanish at working level to lead meetings and prepare reports.
• PMI or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience with LEED projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera P6; familiarity with AutoCAD/BIM.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all project phases from inception through completion, interfacing with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee project schedules and budgets with rigorous financial control.
• Direct and supervise general contractors and all directly contracted vendors.
• Review construction work-in-place, assess quality, and approve capital expenditures.
• Validate and revise cost estimates prepared by contractors and internal teams.
• Plan, organize, schedule, and control project delivery to meet timelines and metrics.
• Lead client meetings and stakeholder engagements, reporting updates throughout the project.
• Manage risk register and mitigate risks with workshops and actions.
• Monitor and report on construction cost factors and financial performance.
• Support design management to identify cost-efficient construction methodologies.
