Qualifications

• Conduct needs assessments to understand liability risks.
• Explain liability policies including general, professional, and D&O liability.
• Provide expert advice on coverage levels and policy features.
• Develop and present proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage client accounts and provide ongoing service and support.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations and new products related to liability insurance.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments for a seamless client experience.
