Placements24 is seeking a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent for its Cuernavaca, Morelos office. You will advise clients on home, auto, and business policies, explain coverages, provide quotes, and process applications and renewals.

You will build lasting client relationships, meet sales and retention goals, and stay updated on industry trends while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes excellent service within the local community.

Formación

• Experience as an insurance agent, preferably in property and casualty.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and claims procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in insurance software and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with clients to identify insurance needs for property and casualty coverage.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and limitations of various policies.
• Provide accurate quotes and help clients select suitable coverage.
• Process new applications and renewals efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain client records and update policy information as needed.
• Assist clients with policy changes, inquiries, and claims processes.
• Develop relationships with clients to foster loyalty and referrals.
