About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analista de Siniestros to join their established insurance team in Acapulco, Guerrero . You will be responsible for the thorough investigation, evaluation, and resolution of insurance claims, ensuring compliance with policy terms and company procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong investigative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to make sound judgments based on evidence and policy guidelines. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct thorough investigations into the circumstances surrounding each claim, gathering necessary documentation and evidence.
• Evaluate policy coverage and determine the extent of liability and coverage for each claim.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties to obtain information and explain claim status.
• Negotiate settlements within authorized limits, striving for fair and timely resolutions.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting claim investigations, findings, and recommendations.
• Identify potential fraudulent claims and escalat
