Distribuidor Automotriz seeks a strategic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth from anywhere in Mexico. You will identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and shape the go-to-market strategy for digital transformation services.

The role requires strong networking with C-level executives and exceptional negotiation, operating in a virtual environment with minimal supervision. Fluency in Spanish and English, plus travel as needed, are essential.

Qualifications

5-7 years in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales in tech/digital services.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Experience engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, AI, data analytics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in remote/distributed teams; proficient with collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B growth strategy for digital transformation services.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with tech providers and systems integrators.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Build long-term relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
Lead negotiation and structuring of complex deals and partnerships.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams for GTM success.
Represent the company at events to generate leads.
