Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Senior Ejecutivo Comercial to join our client’s team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, to expand market presence and drive revenue by cultivating and managing relationships with key business clients.

The ideal candidate has five or more years in senior sales, a proven ability to close complex deals, and a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a competitive industrial market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably in Comercial y Ventas or related industries.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory and client portfolio.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
• Present and sell company products and services to potential clients, highlighting value proposition.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to secure profitable business agreements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
