Schaeffler Transmisión, S. de R.L. de C.V. in Puebla seeks a recent graduate to support EHS on the shop floor, focusing on chemical management, contractor system improvement, and ensuring compliance.

You will create documents to meet legal requirements, communicate EHS topics, and help implement safe practices while using Power BI and Microsoft tools; flexible hours may be required.

Formación

• Recent graduate or enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering (Chemical eng, environmental eng, or a related field).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours or on-call as needed.
• Experience using Power BI, microsoft, analitycal programs.

Responsabilidades

• Communication of EHS topics on the shop floor.
• Chemical management: improve current program, update chemical list, create a standard for chemicals and contractors, labels, etc.

• Improve chemical manage in shop floor
• Improve contractor system
• Create documents in order to acomplish legal requirements

Tasks

• Communication of EHS topics
• Chemical management: improve current program, update chemical list, create a standar for chemicals and contractors, labels, etc.
• Contractor system: create work permits for hazardous activities, improve work permits
• Create documents in order to acomplish legal requirements for confined spaces, work at heighs, welding, etc
