Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking a recent graduate or student for an EHS-focused role on the shop floor. You will communicate EHS topics, enhance chemical management, and improve contractor permits while creating necessary documents to meet legal requirements.

The position emphasizes analytical skills, detail orientation, and flexibility to work varied hours, with exposure to Power BI and analytical software tools within a global engineering environment.

Formación

• Recent graduate or enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering (Chemical eng, environmental eng, or a related field).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours or on-call as needed.
• Experience using Power BI, microsoft, analitycal programs.

Responsabilidades

• Chemical management: improve current program, update chemical list, create a standard for chemicals and contractors, labels, etc.

• Create documents in order to acomplish legal requirements

Tasks

• Communication of EHS topics
• Chemical management: improve current program, update chemical list, create a standar for chemicals and contractors, labels, etc.
• Contractor system: create work permits for hazardous activities, improve work permits
• Create documents in order to acomplish legal requirements for confined spaces, work at heighs, welding, etc
