Job summary

Continental is seeking a security professional to implement and enforce EHS policies, oversee plant security, and manage visitor and supplier access programs at our facility in Mexico. The role requires expertise in security subjects and 3+ years in the industry, with knowledge of CTPAT and OEA.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or administrative fields and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or administrative with proven security expertise.
• At least 3 years in security field; public security experience desirable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industry.
• Knowledge of CTPAT and OEA; project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce EHS Management System policies, procedures, and guidelines; ensure completion of assigned EHS projects.
• Oversee plant security and surveillance services, including loss prevention programs for physical and building security.
• Administer the Continental Visitors Control System and Suppliers Control System; orient visitors and employees on security protocols and travel advisories.
• Promote security guidelines and provide assistance to visitors throughout their facility visits.
• Establish and maintain documentation to protect against unauthorized technology transfer and safeguard confidential information (sales, IT, HR).
• Ensure compliance with TISAX Management System requirements related to physical security onsite.

Job Description

• Ensure compliance with TISAX Management System requirements related to physical security onsite

Qualifications

Bachelor´s degree in engineering or administrative and proof on expertise in security subjects

Experience 3 years in security field, public security (policy forces, army, desirable)

3 years of experience in industry

Knowledge and experience in CTPAT, OEA.
