Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Implement and enforce EHS Management System policies, procedures, and guidelines; ensure completion of assigned EHS projects
• Oversee plant security and surveillance services, including loss prevention programs for physical and building security
• Administer the Continental Visitors Control System and Suppliers Control System; orient foreign visitors and employees on security protocols and travel advisories
• Promote security guidelines and provide assistance to visitors throughout their facility visits
• Establish and maintain documentation to protect against unauthorized technology transfer and safeguard confidential information (sales, IT, HR)
• Ensure compliance with TISAX Management System requirements related to physical security onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor´s degree in engineering or administrative and proof on expertise in security subjects
• Experience 3 years in security field, public security (policy forces, army, desirable)
• 3 years of experience in industry
• English intermediate
• Knowledge and experience in CTPAT, OEA.
• Project management
