Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to implement and manage the HSE system, align with global minimum standards, and drive KPI performance within a manufacturing environment.

The role requires ISO audit leadership, certification in incident investigation, and emergency response, plus a valid HSE qualification and substantial manufacturing experience.

Formación

• HSE degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Internal auditor certification for ISO 14001/45001/50001 is required.
• Incident investigation certification preferred or required.
• First aid / emergency response certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.

Responsabilidades

• Implement HSE management system and deploy global HSE minimum standards.
• Track KPIs and annual improvement plans and report performance to relevant stakeholders.
• Lead ISO audits within the scope of ISO standards.
• Secure required permits and licenses and ensure audit readiness.
