Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Plant Manager in Mexico to lead a world-class manufacturing operation. You will drive significant improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital, building a high-performing team and deploying lean manufacturing techniques across metal fabrication, finishing, machining, and assembly.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
• 8-10 years of operations leadership experience with a track record of significant performance improvement.
• Experience in lean culture development and lean tool implementation required.
• Manufacturing experience in metal fabrication, finishing/machining, and assembly preferred.
• Supply chain and inventory management are critical.
• Working knowledge of OSHA guidelines, environmental regulations, and EHSMS.

Responsabilidades

• Drive rapid, significant, and sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital.
• Develop and execute a manufacturing strategy that supports the division's market-driven business strategy.
• Lead strategy deployment & KPI reviews for the manufacturing team with a sense of urgency.
• Implement safety and industrial hygiene programs to minimize injuries and illnesses.
• Build and evolve an outstanding team with engaged talent across all levels.
