Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an EHS Manager for the Monterrey Plant in Nuevo León, Mexico. The role leads the EHS and Medical teams, aligns with Corporate EHS, and ensures legal compliance, environmental protection and incident prevention on site.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Environmental and Safety Engineering, 5+ years in EHS within manufacturing, and strong leadership to drive continuous improvement and regulatory adherence.

Formación

• Requires degree in Environmental and Safety Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental and safety fields in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership, planning and risk management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the EHS and Medical Departments.
• Assist HR Manager as required.
• Manage EHS department budget and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop emergency plans and participate in safety and environmental initiatives.
• Lead audits for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and drive continuous improvement.
