OPmobility, a world-leading provider of innovative mobility solutions, is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead the site's Environmental, Health and Safety programs. You will drive ISO compliance, risk management, and a strong EHS culture across manufacturing operations.

Based in Monterrey, the role focuses on continuous improvement, audits, regulatory adherence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to safeguard people and assets while advancing sustainable mobility initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, Industrial, or equivalent.
• Experience managing an EHS department in industrial/manufacturing environment (automotive preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001; IATF 16949 is a plus.
• Experience with Integrated Management Systems (IMS), audits, risk assessment, and KPI management.
• ISO 14001 Internal or Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to influence, communicate effectively, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrates leadership, autonomy, rigor, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the site EHS management system setup and KPI tracking.
• Ensure ISO and corporate compliance across the site.
• Oversee environmental, health, safety, and energy programs.
• Coordinate internal audits and corrective actions.
• Manage EHS budget and CAPEX.
• Engage with authorities and external stakeholders.
• Develop and train the EHS team.
