Mattel, a leading global toy company, seeks a Sales Representative Ecommerce Mexico to drive growth on Amazon and Mercado Libre Mexico. You will manage relationships, execute digital strategies, and optimize KPIs, collaborating with Marketing, E-Trade, Ads, and Logistics to position Mattel as a market leader in the ecommerce ecosystem across the region.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years in sales/ecommerce, and strong MS Office skills with proficiency in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
• 2 years minimum in sales, retail, ecommerce, or key account management roles. Experience with Amazon, Mercado Libre, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong analytical/negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial relationships with Amazon and Mercado Libre Mexico, ensuring sales and profitability targets are met.
• Execute digital sales and promotional strategies to increase sell-in and sell-out of the toy portfolio.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs such as sell-out, profit margin, conversion rate, ad investment, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Marketing, E-Trade, Ads, and Logistics for campaign and operational execution.
• Oversee product content, catalog, and visibility on digital platforms.
• Manage assigned budgets and digital advertising investments.
• Identify growth opportunities in the ecommerce channel and propose actionable strategies.
