The Sales Strategy JUMP role supports the LATAM Regional Sales team by contributing to business performance analysis and tracking key sales performance indicators. The position works closely with cross-functional teams across Latin America to develop analyses and generate insights that support commercial decision-making and strategic initiatives.
This role provides exposure to a dynamic, multinational environment, offering opportunities to strengthen analytical, strategic, and data management skills while contributing to the region's overall business performance.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Graduation expected within the next 12–24 months.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify business insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and basic formulas). Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in Sales Strategy, Commercial Analytics, Category Management, or Consumer Goods.
