Amazon Mexico is seeking a Transportation Specialist to drive growth and optimize the transportation network for drop-off stores serving sellers and customers in Mexico. You will monitor partners, develop action plans to maintain top customer experience, and collaborate with Operations, Transportation, and Business teams to improve processes.

The role requires strong data analysis, experience with SQL, Excel, and AI/ML technologies, and a background in operations management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Experience in operations management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop innovative solutions and manage our transportation network for drop-off stores for sellers and customers.
• Work with large volumes and big data, in a highly complex business.
• Create action plans to scale the business while reducing costs.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to build the best network for sellers and customers.
• Produce insights using business intelligence tools and data from multiple sources.
